Friday Accountability

Okay, so today is my WI day, I lost .6 lbs this week. W.T.F. Anyway, it's a loss, I'll take it, 6 lbs since October 25th. I think I should start doing measurements since even though the scale is moving painfully slow, my clothes fit different. Maybe I'll do that next WI.

  • B:  some leftover red wine chicken, some leftover skillet potatoes, 2 eggs; coffee with a splash of milk
    L:  brussels sprouts salad (raw shredded brussels with crushed cashews, sundried tomatoes, shallots, fresh parm cheese) with cherry balsamic dressing, baked lemon peppery chicken, blackberries
    D:  side of pork (chopped salad with tasty pork and lots of yummy sauces) from our favorite Mexican place! 
    dessert:  split a mocha with H and probably split a cookie with him, too!

    E:  last night I ended up doing 5 rounds of: 10 burpees, 20 kettle bell swings, 10 push-ups.  tonight I'll probably do JM yoga for something different.  I want to try out her new yoga meltdown, anyone here tried it?
