Just wondering how many people out there have ever tried ordering bridesmaid dresses online?  Any suggestions?  Would you do it again??  What sites?  Thanks :)

    I ordered my bridesmaid dress for my sister's wedding online. I would say to make sure you leave more time that you think you might need. I ordered it 3 months before the wedding and something was wrong with it so it had to be returned. I got it back to me the morning of my sister's wedding. We had gone to a store and bought another dress (luckily I didn't take the tags off so I could return it). I would order online again but I would leave more time. Maybe I would order 5 months ahead of time.

    I ordered my BM dresses online from Modcloth. It worked out really well.

    Make sure wherever you're ordering from is not a knockoff site and has a decent return policy.

    I let me bridesmaids pic their own dresses, as long as they were the same color. But I ordered my wedding dress online and it worked out perfectly.

    I had the most amazing experience with lightinthebox.com. I have read so many posts from other brides that were not pleased and I can't figure out why. My dress was custom fitted and was perfect! It was gorgeous immediately out of its packaging. I ordered the dress 4 months prior to my wedding. they told me it could take up to 8 weeks to ship. At the end of week 8, I became nervous and contacted customer support. They were very helpful in helping me find the tracking information. It appeared that it had been held up somewhere in Europe. They contacted the appropriate people and got it on its way. It arrived within a few days. The company even emailed me personally to make sure I had received everything and asked if it was up to my expectation. It was better than expected. I loved my dress, and I still love my dress. I would use them again in a heartbeat (and I have a few times since).

    My wedding dress was a bridesmaid's dress that I ordered from ShopJoielle.com. They had wonderful customer service and I highly recommend them.
