MSU Horticultural Gardens - Tips for Receptions?

I am considering having a reception in the Conservatory at the MSU Horticulture Garden but I'm a bit concerned about heat with 150 guests. I was thinking about perhaps adding extra AC units. Does anyone have any suggestions or advice? Thank you!

    It's more like a greenhouse. I didn't realize which place you were asking about until just now. I was at a reception there about a year and a half ago. So hot and uncomfortable we left early.
