B: Oatmeal with brown sugar, coffee with milk
S: Fruit cup
L: Southwestern salad with chicken

D: Filet mignon, roasted red potatoes, broccoli

  • B:  eggs, bacon, toast with cherry preserves
    L:  roasted chicken thigh with root veggies and green beans, pink lady apple
    D:  korean crockpot ribs, sauteed cabbage, maybe some rice, mango

    S:  if I need a snack: navel orange, almonds or cashews, baby carrots

    E:  not sure, but ~30 min of body strength training
  • B:  Granola bar thing, coffee, 1/2 cup skim milk
    L:  Jimmy Johns sub - Turkey Tom -Mayo -Tomato +Avacado (maybe a pickle too swapped out for one of my snacks)
    D:  Leftovers - turkey kielbasa w/penne
    S:  Grapes, Apple, Light string Cheese, baby carrots

    E:  3mi on treadmill (50-60min) while catching up on TV

    Anniversary
  • I did pretty bad yesterday... a croissant for breakfast and Papa John's for dinner. But I DID run 3 miles. And this morning I got up and did a 60 minute body pump class. I have plans to run Saturday and Sunday, so I'm feeling pretty good about this week.

    B: 1/2 ham, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat
    S: Banana
    L: leftover pizza
    S: not sure
    D: chicken dish that I didn't have last night

  • I'm taking a break from working out today; my legs have been sore since Monday and we did Pull-ups yesterday so now my arms are sore. 

    B- Coffee and oatmeal
    L- Tuna salad
    D- Jambalaya with some wine maybe?
