I'm from Maine and getting married in Tampa on a Carnival Cruise ship before it sets sail for the Caribbean. Since I live so far away I'm having a hard time finding a hair dresser that is willing to do hair on Sunday April 15. I have to board the ship by 10 am so it would have to be fairly early. I need help finding someone. Fairly close to the port would be helpful! Thanks.
