So ladies tonight has been horrible. I don't live with FI yet but we already have a house together. I get my stuff ready to leave and put my dogs in the car and decided to crank it to be a little warm. Um not a smart move. So I shut the door and give FI a kiss to leave and guess what the keys are locked in the car... The car is cranked with my 2 dogs in it. My phone, spare key (in my purse) which is also dumb.. So FI tried to unlock it and I called pop a lock. They said it would be 40 mins and $75. So wtf I have to do it right. Well FI finally gets the car unlocked. So I call pop a lock and I still got charged for them not doing sh*t... I'm just so pissed..... And is 12 and I have to be up at 5 but I can't sleep cause I'm so mad at myself.. Ugh I'm so stressed!! So ladies if y'all are having a bad time just know I'm having a horrible month so far.

    They seriously charged you???  I would have refused to pay if they didn't actually do anything for me.

    That really sucks. I wouldn't pay them either. If they never showed up and did anything for you there have not reason or right to charge you. I hope you month starts getting better really soon.

    All this!  So sorry that happened..... I would be on the phone today with that company and telling them you are getting your money back and if they don't I'd be writing complaints all over the internet... and filing a BBB complaint - because seriously that's messed up.

    Sounds like my night last night. I'm driving down the road and I hear this loud thud like a rock hit my car.  Well I'm pretty sure something snapped off in the wheel.  Luckily I made it home.  I'm telling ya it's one crazy thing after another.

    Ugh.  I'd dispute the charge/bill too (not sure if they charged a cc or will be sending you a bill).  

    Since we're mentioning car-related stuff, I got a speeding ticket from a speed camera in DC when FI and I were driving to NC for Christmas.  $125.  GAH.  I drive that way all the time but hadn't been through there since they put in the cameras in November.  And of course it was two days AFTER they stopped giving warnings and gave tickets instead.  I also do not understand why that stretch of road, with NOTHING around it, is 50mph instead of 55.  I was going 62.  :(

    I'm just happy that *crosses fingers* I wasn't speeding when I came home that way a week later.  It's been over a week since I got the first ticket and I haven't gotten a second yet so I PRAY that I'm in the clear!!

    Dang that sucks about the ticket.  I tried to dispute it but since they drove out there they changed it to $40.  I told my dad and he already gave me the money. Its not even about the money. It just ticks me off. Like $40 isnt enough to cry about but I could get something else with that money UGH!!!!

    That is a bummer, sorry! At least your puppies are okay though (high heat can't possibly be a good thing I'd assume), that was my first concern when I started reading your post. I'd also definitely report them to BBB if they don't refund you your money.
