I stayed up waaaayyy too late watching the season finale of Sons of Anarchy (which broke my heart into a million pieces...I've never cried so much at a show). Thankfully, DH made some amazeballs coffee this morning.   I still may need a nap.  

UPS tracking is all sorts of screwy.  I've have a few packages that say they're going to be delievered, but there's no incoming scan or departure scan in my area.  UPS needs to get their shit together.  Luckily, nothing is urgent...but it's still annoying. 

I got my outfit together for my company Christmas party on Saturday.  I'm so looking forward to it.

    Still no Kohls order.  It's kind of laughable now that it has been in fulfillment for 9 days now.  I put together Max's 1st bday present last night. Off to library and preschool and maybe doing a little craft today.

    A $275 piece of luggage I bought apparently fell into some sort of time rift between Amazon and me -- UPS says they got notification that the label had been printed but they never picked it up. Fortunately, the second person I spoke to at Amazon yesterday said they'd just send out another one with overnight shipping, and it's actually on the truck to be delivered today with a bunch of other gifts for husband and mother-in-law.

    I also bought all of my mom's gifts today. My dad just wants his antique car to get a good wax job and such, so we're just gonna go one of my days off and have it done and I'll pay. Father-in-law hasn't given us a list yet, but we've told him he needs to fuckin' jump on it or he's not getting anything.

    Today, it's cold as balls and I hate it. I want snow if I have to endure this temperature.

    It snowed again last night, and I was the good wife who cleaned off H's truck, shoveled out the drive, moved my car and then moved his truck back.  I figured 15 minutes of my life is worth him being happy.  ALSO, he really shouldn't be shoveling THAT much.  And he has to work until 12M tonight, so there is that.

    Is it bad I'm craving a beer at 8:30 am?

    Yep, it's cold :(

    I have a networking holiday mixer tonight. It kinda sprung up last minute, but probably should go.

    Past that, making a list of what I have to get done and when. Too much stuff this time of year. Couple that with New Years and birthday pensiveness...yeah, not my favorite time o year.
