Thursday Accountability

is this dead to us now??

B:  leftover pollo in potacchio (chicken thigh in a tomato/celery/carrot/wine sauce) with green beans and mushrooms
L:  Greek chicken thighs with artichokes and feta, green beans and white beans in a red wine vinegar sauce, navel orange
S:  apple
D:  copycat Chili's Chicken Tortilla Soup

E:  probably a short workout since I have to teach piano lessons tonight.

    D- We are going out to dinner to celebrate a friend's bday at Tin Lizzys!

    L: Sandwich (98% ff Turkey on 100 cal arnold bun), carrots, fruit cup in light syrup
    D:  Chicken & some sides (not sure what - maybe peas and mashed potatoes)
    S: Grapes, 100 Cal gold fish crackers, apple

    E:  TBD - Probably either a DVD or Treadmill

    Since I've started using MyFitnessPal and tracking calories (and really watching portions and stuff) a little over a week ago - I'm down 1.5lbs!  YAY!

    @CocoBellaF It's not dead...I was actually thinking of posting an accountability thread earlier this morning but work got busy. I seriously need to get back on the train. I'm definitely 8 lbs. heavier than my low point of 194 back in July. Ugh....

    B: Blueberries, sliced banana, Special K w/ almonds and 1% milk, coffee - 5 pts

    L: Toasted sandwich w/ light Laughing Cow swiss cheese, half an avocado, sliced cucumber - 9 pts

    S: Two clementine oranges

    D: Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells and Herb Marinated Broccoli and Asparagus in Rice - 14 pts

    This leaves me with 3 points left for the day so I'll probably have a small glass of wine with dinner.

    I should try to get some exercise in here. Maybe BF and I will take the dogs for a walk this evening after work. My parents are out of town so we're watching the house for them.
