How to stay focused on non-wedding stuff when less than a month away

I constantly find myself in the middle of a project at work and think did I order that or has this shipped yet etc. I can't stop it. Anyone have any advice?

    You just have to tell yourself "I can't think about this right now, I'll think about it later". Maybe right it down if you are afraid you will forget it.
