I'm still short 2 items and they haven't made the refunds yet, but I got a $25 gift card from them.

    I ordered some products for my Thursday night party last Monday.  I picked 2-7 shipping just for cost.  The company neglected to inform me that the 2-7 shipping was on top of the 1-3 days to process.

    They've received a nasty e-mail.  It's scheduled to get here ON Thursday.  It's FedEx, so I should have it during the day, hopefully.

    I do have refunds now too.  Still no items though.

    FTR- I didn't ask for anything.  Apparently things were so bad they sent this to a bunch of people.

    We went yesterday and picked out more toys to donate.
