  I think if they were wearing the exact same colour/tone or grey then it would be too much.  However, grey in general for BM dresses and GM suits would be fine, I think.

  1) I'd do with nude shoes. I think gray and silver would look odd. 

  
  

  2) I think since they're difference fabrics, it'll look fine. 

  
  

  3) I would go with vests that match the suit and a baby pink tie. I really hate (just a personal opinion) different color vests looks like bad high school prom.

  Suits are not worn with contrasting vests.  That is for tuxedos.  Vests are optional for suits, but they should be of the same fabric as the suit.  Are you sure these are really suits you have chosen?

  My BIL wore the Vera Wang gray tuxedo for his and my sister's wedding and he looked wonderful. For mine and H's wedding the girls wore floor length charcoal gray dresses and the guys wore black tuxedos with gray vests and ties. We let the wedding party wear their own shoes and accessories. I think the gray suits with silver ties and vests would be overkill. A black tie and vest with the gray suit would look great I promise you.

  First of all, black is a timeless classic that will go will just about anything. If you like the guys in black suits, don't toss out the concept just because black isn't part of the color scheme. 

  
  

  Secondly, what color shirts are you wanting them to wear? Nix the silver ties (and the vest, because you don't wear a vest with a suit). I'd suggest white shirts with pink ties or a soft pink shirt with a gray printed tie.

  Black is a neutral color that will go with anything. Just because you don't have black in your color scheme does not mean the guys can't wear black suits or tuxes.  But if you and your FI prefer the grey then go with that. 

  
  

  As for the girls shoes I would tell them to choose a black shoe that they are comfortable with. Most likely they have a pair or two in their closet already.

  
  

  As far as it being too much grey, well I would just equate the wedding party being in all grey as a wedding party being in all black.  I really don't see it being too much since they are both neutrals. Now if you said the entire wedding party would be in bright hot pink, then yeah that might be too much.
