  This is fantastic. The only thing is that most of the people who are guilty of this don't want a practical wedding. They want a speshul princess day all for them!

  Yep, we followed her guidelines about setting priorities and focusing on how your wedding feels rather than how it looks, and we were able to have a wonderful wedding that stayed in budget. People still talk about how great it was! It's a great book,and I really like the blog too (www.apracticalwedding.com).
