I went out to lunch and did some shopping (we had some Christmas money to burn) with my FMIL today. At lunch she freaked me out for a second because she said she had something she had to talk to me about and that it was something she wanted to ask me about before she talked to my FI. Turns out she wanted to know if we wanted her parent's wedding bands. We've been having trouble finding ones that we like and she wanted to offer them to us but wanted to me make sure I was comfortable with it before she brought it up in front of my FI.
