    Where do you work? This is the first snow day we have had in the nearly 3 years I have been at my job, it is so rare that they made the decision this early.

    I work at Columbia University and classes aren't in session anyway, so I dont think it impacts THAT many people.

    We did not get confirmation of closing tomorrow but I aint going in. 

    I work at the biggest toy store there is -gee whiz- (not in the store dear Lord could you imagine) but I don't think they like shutting down for a day- shit can hit the fan that way.

    ugh no snow day for us :( I do have the option of working from home but of course I lost wireless access thingy to be able to work from home. I am walking distance from my job but it is supposed to be FREEZING tomorrow. Sigh...

    I'm in accounting and since we're closing the books for the year we have a TON to get done.....my boss is understanding about us not driving in 2 feet of snow but I have to go in Saturday to make up for it and meet deadlines so that sucks.

    We got an email saying there's a chance of a WFH day tomorrow due to snow/poor driving conditions. I was excited before, but now I'm thinking that if it's not bad, I might go in anyway because I have a crap tonne of stuff I need to get done, and I'll get so much more accomplished in the office than at home (with FI hanging around the house). It's only a 15 - 20 min drive, so it wouldn't be a bad commute.
