  I live in the Milwaukee area! Now that I know that I can do some more research tomorrow for you and see if I come up with anything!

  I would rule out the domes.  Working with Zilli's I thought they said it was usually 150-200 for some style seated dinner.  More than that you would probably be broken up in the three different domes.

  Harley Museum and Pier Wisconsin both have larger tents that I believe go upwards of 300 people...Both have set caterers.
