My fiance and I are deciding between DJ's in the Boston area below is our list;

John Dudley
Joe Mazza J&J Productions
Rick Bellanti Bell-aire Music
Libbtunes Entertainment

If anyone has worked with any of these people please give imput.

    We used Rick and Bell Aire Music and were pleased.  Cost was great. He is super organized and friendly.  We had a small wedding so keeping the dance floor "packed" was a tricky task but he did a great job.  He is definitely not an "in your face" or "showy" dj.  If we had to do it over again, I would hire him again.
    Our wedding was in October and outside with tenting and heater.  What I didn't know until after the event was over was that the heater right near him wasn't working so he was probably freezing for most of the night.  He never complained at all.

    Yes, we also went with Bellaire Music, we've met with Rick twice already he's so nice and accommodating drove out of his way to meet with us, explained everything right down to the smallest details and answers every crazy question I have with a smile LOL, I say before hiring anyone check references and reviews and always meet with the person you want to hire first to make sure you connect with that person., good-luck :)

    Funny, thanks to this thread, I contacted a couple of the DJ's listed as well as what we googled (my fiance is really into music being a musician) and we really liked talking with Rick Bellanti from Bell-aire music productions, he answered all of our questions and emails instantly - then the  next day we found out he was a preferred dj for the venue we were checking into. And after meeting him in person there was no doubt he was our perfect match. And best of all he didn't break the bank.
