Monday Accountability

I desperately need to get back on the wagon! I am uncomfortable and unhappy with myself. I'm also about 5 lbs from my heaviest weight again which is not ok with me. 

B: Ham and egg on a skinny wheat bagel, coffee with milk
L: Southwestern Chicken Salad 
D: 2 turkey burger patties with homemade buffalo blue cheese sauce
S: Banana, fruit cup, baby carrots 

E: Cleaning the apartment and doing laundry

  • I need to get back on the wagon as well! I'm DREADING dress shopping because I've slacked off and hate the way I look. It doesn't help that this week I want to be accountable and I'm sick as a dog and can't work out. Next week though, ass to the gym, pronto.

    B: Special K breakfast sandwich: 240 Tea with 1T honey: 60

    L: Lean Cuisine: 310

    D: Loaded baked potato casserole: IDK what the calorie count is since FI made it, but I have over 1000 calories to play with. I'll probably have one cup of it and call it a day.

  • I've been working on getting on the train. Last night didn't go so well at my parent's house. I had chicken pot pie, two glasses of wine, a slice of bread, salad, a slice of rum cake, a scoop of ice cream, and a spoonful of cool whip. I was doing ok until dessert....

    B: Bagel and cream cheese, coffee - 10 points

    L: Schinken Noodle - 10 pts

    D: Tofu Pad Thai - need to do points

    E: Run for 30 minutes, 20 minutes of weights (abs, lower back, shoulders, thighs)



  • Today I considered the first day of getting back on train so to speak. 

    B- hot chocolate, oatmeal with blueberries

    L- chick pea spinach potato soup

    S- apple, may be some pretzels

    D- not sure something quick I have an eye dr appointment after work so may be veggie nuggets, edammame and quinoa

    S- pita chips

    E- not sure if I will have time for anything major other than an abs work out.

    L:  NNP Oven-Braised Mexican Beef (THIS IS TO DIE FOR!) over butter lettuce, 1/2 avocado, grape tomatoes, blood orange

    pre-WO S:  apple + macadamia nuts and dried cherries

    D:  ST Asian Glazed Drumsticks (only I'm using b/s thighs), brown rice, stir-fried green beans + mushrooms + bell peppers; fresh pineapple

    E:  Insanity W3 D1 Fit Test (woo-hoo!  an easy night!)
  • B- Coffee and english muffin with ham and egg

    L- Leftover baked spaghetti

    E- Crossfit if it's open due to weather craziness or Insanity.

  • I'm back on the wagon too! I've been tracking with MFP for the past week AND I ordered some weights and an exercise ball, which should arrive tomorrow. Woo!

    L: Greek yogurt with almond topping, plus something to be determined
    D: Need to go to Trader Joe's on my way home today, feel free to make healthy suggestions...

  • B- half a grapefruit, 1/4C cottage cheese, slice of toast with peanut butter, 2C water and a cup of tea.

    L- Christmas meal at bf's parents

    D- Ham sandwich, salad, banana w yogurt, 2 peanut butter cookies.

    E- just finished L2 of 30DS.

    I really need to start watching my portion sizes, I eat a ton right now. I'm starting the advocare 24 day challenge on the 10th along with the Can you 24 DVD, I'm hoping to get more energy from doing that and start towards losing these last 15lbs of baby weight (and 5lbs I wanted to lose pre baby).

    L: sausage and peppers (leftover)
    S: cashews and dried cranberries
    D: pork carnitas

    That leaves me with 100 calories, so I'm happy with today. It was too cold and rainy and I slept like crap last night, so the gym just didn't happen. I'll be there bright and early tomorrow, though!
