Wedding destination specialist?

Hi everyone,

My fiancé and I are at the beginning stages of wedding planning and are leaning towards a destination wedding.  I was wondering if anyone has used any "Wedding Destination Specialists," such as Beach Travel?  Worthwhile?  Or have you all just primarily dealt with the resorts?

    We used Beach Bum Vacations, which came highly recommended from many previous brides on here.  http://www.beachbumvacation.com/Default.aspx We worked with Marcie, and she was great.  It was free and made my life SO much easier since I had her to help get initial information and numbers from the resorts.  Once we booked, I worked directly with the resort, but it was really nice to have that extra support during the search and book process.  Good luck! :)
