We paid for the upgraded version of the webpage and have already mailed out invitations with only an online rsvp option. We spent two hours trying to import our guest list fom an excel spreadsheet and update all the corresponding information. We followed every step and as far as we can tell. The website has all the correct data. However, when Mr. Smith goes in to RSVP for him and his wife (whose name is on the list), he is only allowed to rsvp or himself. WTF!! We sent an email to the contact last week and have not heard back. I called and was told that all website communication is via email. This is so frustating. Any suggestions?
