Looking to meet other Brides who are local to exchange cost savings tips and ideas for my wedding in 2012. HELP!!!!!!!!!!! I hope I can keep my sanity intact during this planning process.

Going to be going to a Bridal Workshop/Seminar hosted by Wedding Planners in September, was hoping to see if anyone would be interested in coming with me. It's in Vaughan ? I hate going to these things alone ! lol  but i really want to go !

    Hi Wedding Bliss32,

    I live in Barrie and am also getting married in 2012.  Hopefully we can work together and make this process of planning our weddings run smoothly.

    I am not going to the Wedding Workshop as I know nothing about it.  I plan to take in Canada's Wedding Expo and the national Wedding show next Sunday with my Wedding Consultant.

    There are a couple wedding shows closer to us.  One at the Georgian downs (next Sunday and one at the Cardinal golf club (Oct 3).  I can't attend the Barrie one but would love to go to the one at the Cardinal.  I don't drive though.

    If any of you are looking to book a destination wedding or a honeymoon, I have the agent for you!!!!
    Her name is Romy Jacques and she is with Travel Professionals International!
    She has done this for 10 years and is an expert with destination weddings and any other travel.She is so great at helping bring many guests from all over the place to 1 place for the wedding and she even sets up a blog for you with all the info for your guests!
    I cannont say enough good things about her - she and her assistant are amazing!
