    E: Puh-lease. It's 3 degrees out (feels like -15) so my 'workout' will be carrying all the Christmas boxes down to the basement. I'm in a real funk with exercising. The weather is NOT helping!

  • B- Coffee and scrambled egg english muffin with muenster cheese.

    L- Leftover baked spaghetti again...

    D- Leftover ham and potato soup

     

    E- CrossFit. I'm going to be an AW and say that I got the second highest time yesterday in my class with our Workout. I'm very proud of myself because after Christmas I felt like my energy has dropped but yesterday I felt great at the workout so I'm excited I'm not failing all over again.

    E: Hopefully my weights and exercise ball arrive today and I can do a 10-minute arm workout I have pinned, plus something with the exercise ball

  • I'm going to come back to this again! Last night I started ChaLean Extreme again. Today is supposed to be a rest day, but I am alternating the schedule based on my bar tending schedule. I'll tell you this though, I can barely move today. Breakfast- Herbalife vanilla shake and protein with 1 tbsp. choc pudding and caramel sauce, tea and aloe in tea. 213 cals Snack- Apple 56 cals Lunch- Salad with feta, tenderloin, cucumber, and ranch 350 cals Snack- Almond thin crackers with two tbsp. port wine cheese 230 cals Dinner- Skinny Taste Crockpot Sante Fe chicken, brown rice, cheese, and sour cream 400 cals Total 1249
