Weds Accountability

B: Special K with skim, fruit cup, coffee
L: Chicken noodle soup, a few sundried tomato halves 
D: Out to dinner with H. I'll probably order salad, filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and wine of course.

  • I've been really hungry lately (maybe it's because my workouts are more intense since I started Insanity) so I upped my breakfast.  we'll see if it makes a difference.

    B:  2 eggs, 1/2 plantain (lightly pan-cooked), a little bit of roast chicken; smoothie (cocoa, PB, whole milk, spinach, 1/2 banana)

    L:  roasted veggies (brussels, winter squash, potato, bell peppers, onions) with spicy chicken sausage and meatballs; blood orange

    S:  if I'm hungry, pink lady apple and macadamia nuts

    D:  orange and balsamic chicken thighs, skillet potatoes, peas and shallots

    E:  W3D3 Insanity
  • Everytime I read @cocobellaf's accountability post, I want to move in with her and have her cook for me!

    B: Special K breakfast sandwich

    L: Lean Cuisine

    D: Leftover french onion casserole

    I HAVE to do grocery shopping this weekend, I know eating all this packaged food is horrible. I have been drinking a shit-ton of water though which helps.

  • @buddysmom80 - I have to keep my H somehow.  he's obviously not in it for the money, looks, or personality. 
  • I am so tired. My parents had a pipe burst in their house yesterday because of the cold weather and they stayed over last night with the dogs. Plus I was up til 12:30 coughing...and then the dogs woke us all up at 5:30. It's going to be a drink coffee allll day long for me.

    B at 5:30 am: Coffee, banana, bagel and cream cheese - 10 points

    2nd breakfast when I got to work: More coffee, another banana

    L: Turkey sandwich - 9 pts

    D: I think we're going out to eat because my youngest sister is going back to school tomorrow. I hope we go out for Mexican because I want some tacos... and a margarita.

    E: Run for 20 minutes, weights - abs, thighs, arms and shoulders

    S:  Small apple & a some grapes
    L:  Either Progresso soup, baby carrots & gold fish crackers OR  the healthy lunch my work offers - tofu & black bean stir fry
    S:  Fruit cup (or if I have work's lunch my baby carrots)
    D:  No idea!!  Was thinking about going to Applebee's with FI and ordering off the 550 calorie or less menu

    E:  Not sure if I'll have time - garbage night (which means clean the guinea pig cages) and I need to get a load of laundry done.  I'll take 2 20-minute walking breaks at work though.

  • B: Slim Fast with 4oz 2% milk and 4oz soymilk (235 cal)

    L: Spinach eggplant pasta bake (I made a ton and it works out to 295 cal per serving)

    S: applesauce and pretzels (70 and 110 calories)

    D: not sure, maybe Subway, as I go straight from work to class

    E: I'm starting my new musical theatre class tonight (I'm co-teaching). It's not going to be a ton of exercise because we're mostly singing tonight, but I plan to throw in some ab work.
