  • B:  1/2 smoothie (1/2 banana, cocoa, PB, spinach, whole milk -- stuck the other half in the fridge for later); 2 eggs, bacon, wheat toast; black coffee

    L:  orange-balsamic chicken thigh, skillet potatoes, peas; navel orange

    D:  ST pork carnitas over romaine with avocado, fajita veggies, the rest of my smoothie


    E:  Insanity W3D4 (recovery!  woo-hoo!!!!)
  • Yesterday I did not do so hot :( Today is a new day.

    B:  Granola bar & Coffee w/creamer
    S:  Apple or Banana
    L:  Light Chicken & Dumpling Soup w/added mixed veggies; gold fish crackers, baby carrots

    D:  No idea - maybe spaghetti or if I get out of work I'll pick up some chicken and have that

    E- CrossFit- I have to do 900 jump ropes today with a couple other exercises in under 12 minutes. Wish me luck!

    L: I am determined to finally eat my chicken noodle soup and side salad. I brought it originally on Tuesday but CWs have bought me lunch the last 2 days. 
    D: H and I have a Devils game tonight and a perk of being STHs is getting a "presidential suite" with food. So I have no idea what I'm having for dinner but I'm 99.9% sure it won't be health-friendly. Portioning will be key tonight. 
    S: I have a fruit cup and a banana

  • B-hot chocolate, oatmeal with almonds

    L- soup of some kind

    S-apple

    D-not sure yet honestly, probably some pasta zucchini and marinara sauce

    S- pita chips, may be some wine or just sleepytime tea

    E- hopefully an abs work out. I have an eye doctor appointment and lots of cleaning and cooking to do when I get home so nothing big unfortunately

  • Yesterday didn't end as well as I had hoped. Had too much at the Mexican restaurant plus I cheated and had crackers and seafood dip at home before going out. Oh...and chocolate from Christmas since FI decided to bring it out...how kind of him.

    B: Blueberry Cinnamon Flax Cereal, milk, banana, coffee - 6 pts

    L: Turkey and cheese sandwich - 7 pts

    S: Baby carrots

    D: Pad Thai - 14 pts ish ( I am subbing tofu for chicken so I think it may affect it a little bit)

    E: Running, weights maybe. Hopefully my coworker can join me today and we can do some pilates together.

    Leftover points - 4

    Annnddd no more alcohol for the next 10 days while I'm on antibiotics. Ugh... maybe it will help to jumpstart some weightloss at least.

    This will be the first time I'm making it, if it's good, I'll put it on the list of foods to make when we have a summer G2G at mi casa.

  • So my weights and exercise ball arrived last night! I did this great arm workout: 


    When I tried to do some stuff on the ball, I almost fell off. My abs were stiff sore from the workout I did the day before, so I'll try again today and hopefully won't kill myself.

    Today's menu:

    B: Coffee with cream and sugar
    L: Tomato bisque and a sourdough roll
    D: Two sundried-tomato chicken sausages on whole grain buns with ketchup

    That would net me 1130 calories, so I have 130 left for a snack even if I don't exercise.
