NWR: Bad time to be want sex

So, for whatever reason, I am hornier when I am on my period. Yes I want sex when I am not but I want it more when I am on my period.

Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know why?

    It's quite common, and apparently has to do with hormone levels. Also, some women find that an orgasm can relieve pain and ease cramps - but it doesn't work for everyone.

    That makes sense. I don't really have cramps or pain with it though.

    My drive stays mostly the same.  But it's so messy that when we do feel horny, we put it off.  Also, I use the diaphragm (hate it, can't wait to get something else), which I'm technically not supposed to use while on my period.

    Same thing happens to me! The first 2 days of it I have no desire at all for it. By day 3 I am like a raging little bunny. It grosses FI out though so we don't do it while I'm on my period.

    Same thing happens to me. Although FI and I love 5 hours apart so I usually just end up more annoyed and frustrated than I usually am on my period.

    But I'm very clean from lots of showers ;)
