    Have fun on your date!!! I'm going with my two bffs for retail therapy tomorrow and on Sunday we are going to a family dinner at my grandma's. Basically I'm trying to stay out of the house.

    WHYYYY do students do this? I also find that the papers with plagiarism are pretty terrible anyway. Ugh.

    No plans.  DH is off Sunday/Monday. I plan on doing laundry and other housework tomorrow.  Sunday we will play it by ear depending on the weather.  






    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Oh, that sounds fun.  What are you going to do?  Dinner and a movie, or?

    My FI is going out with a friend of his tonight and I'm probably going to find something to watch on Netflix.  My FI and I are probably going to stay in on Saturday then we have an appointment to see a possible venue this Sunday.

    @doeydo, I think we are just going to this Oyster Bar by my house.  Just really drinks and maybe an app for the first date.  Need to make sure things aren't too awkward before I invest too much time.  Ha.

    @dragonblood13 have fun with the Irishman tonight; they have such a great accent! I actually have this weekend off work (retail job)! FI and I are going out for drinks with my best friend tomorrow night. Sunday we'll be watching football at another friends place; hopefully my Carolina Panthers can pull out a win!

    I am at work, where I always am on Friday nights. However, starting either next weekend (Jan. 19) or the weekend after (Jan. 26), I will switch from working Mon-Fri to working Sun-Thurs, which is the same schedule DH works, so I am VERY excited about that.

    Tomorrow I think we're going to make a return trip to Ikea to buy YET MORE bookshelves (we bought six in the last shopping trip and it wasn't enough), and hopefully finish setting up the spare bedroom/library. 

    I also want to get the moving pieces for SIL's birthday present -- I am buying/planting an herb garden for her! She was asking about herbs and growing them indoors at Christmas, and has expressed a desire to have an indoor, windowsill herb garden, but she has a brown thumb, so I'm going to buy hardy herbs and pretty pots and get them started for her. 

    Sunday is church, religious ed, and then probably lunch with DH's BSC grandmother, whom we haven't seen since before Christmas.

    Jealous. I haven't been in a while. I really want to go back, but DH is the middle of interviews so timing isn't right.   Which islands?

    I normally stay at Sapphire Village or Beach Resort when I go!  Love it there.  GREAT beach.

    This time I'm staying with my friends who live on the island.  They have a guest house.

A Painkiler at Soggy Dollar, happy hour drinks at Woody's.   check out the new place the old owners of Woody's opened up in the park just off the ferry (Old JJ's location).  if you happen to have dinner at ZoZo's say hi go John for me.

    yep, I'm even more jealous now.

    I don't think I've actually ever been to the Soggy Dollar.  My friends are pretty close with the owners of One Love and we always end up spending our time there.  We drink lots of Bushwackers.  So good.
