Anyone familiar with this venue? Right now I'm in love with Smith Barn in Peabody but don't want to count this place out. We're also going to look at Camp Kiwanee next week.

    I have been there for a company party not a wedding. It's absolutely gorgeous and the food is fantastic. I've heard it's expensive but I never looked at their prices.

    it doesn't seem expensive at all compared to a lot of other places. I've read a lot of people being concerned with the size of the dance floor area though. And since we might have about 180 guests some people would have to sit upstairs. Same goes for Smith Barn & Bittersweet Farm which I also like. Not sure how I feel about having to seat some people upstairs?

    oh true, our work party only had about 30 people. I wouldn't want to split them up either.
