Do any of y'all know if my photographer/videographer will be allowed into the bridal room while I'm getting dressed? I remember reading somewhere that only one other person is allowed in the room with the bride, however I'm hoping they bend the rules a bit.

    I saw that too. As I was getting married in the Juno Gardens in July I didn't want my guests having to wait outside for too long so I asked my coordinator if there was anywhere for them to wait (I only had 9 guests) and if not could they all escape the heat in the holding room with me. This meant they could make their way to the garden just minutes before the ceremony began. I had previously advised her that the groom and I would be arriving together so we would both be using the holding room. This was all fine, I think they say this so brides don't think it's to be used to get ready with bridesmaids etc it is only for putting on your dress if you wish not for hair and makeup. I would let your coordinator know you would like your photographer there but if you are looking for shots whilst you get ready those would probably be best done in your hotel. Are you getting married in one of Caesars inside venues? You probably woundn't want any photography in their outside holding room it's poorly lit and not particularly nice.

    I was told that the room is just for waiting. You are suppose to arrive in your dress with your hair and makeup already finished. I don't think that you would want pictures in that room anyways. My wedding was at the end of the day and it was dirty and full of garbage.

    That's what I was told but I checked their website before posting just to make sure I was remembering this correctly and it says you can slip on your dress, I guess it's an option to avoid creases if your not staying in the hotel but I would definitely agree you wouldn't really want to.

    Oh and I had both my parents, and my bridal party of 2 with me and my wedding coordinator never said anything about the amount of people.

    I have a question off topic from the bridal room but I figured I would get the attention of CP brides... Does anyone have information on suites they offer? There isn't much information on the website.
