Renting house for backyard wedding... Help!??

Hello Ladies, 

I am trying to find a house that has enough space to hold appx. 150 guests. This wedding is for next August! I want to have a brunch wedding. 

I have been looking for houses, but many places do not like having events at their house. If any of you beautiful brides to be have any advice... please help.

    Hi! My DOC coordinated a wedding at The Bates House in Long Island. I saw some pics and it looked beautiful. Not exactly a house I don't think but it seems to have lots of indoor and outdoor space. Where are you looking for?

    There is also a nontraditional venue near Prospect Park but I cannot think of the name.
