Flights and Lodging Spreadsheets

Does anyone know of any "auto loading" spreadsheets where we can input flight and lodging information from guests for a destination wedding? I am trying to keep it simple but want to keep track of where people are staying and when they arrive to coordinate shuttles etc...

    Sorry I'm no help. All our guests except for three people stayed at the same resort. One of them stayed at a friend's home and the other stayed at Atlantis. Hopefully the others will have a suggestion.
