Hello ladies and VG, I have not been on here in awhile so I might have missed this somewhere but about a year ago when i was EXTREMELY active on here (lol) I was reading several times on here how to contact the convention center for freebies, maps, train schedules and so forth. I called today and they said they don't do that. Did I call the wrong place or did they stop doing this??

    I called just the other day and talked to the marketing department and they are sending me 40visitor guides....not sure why they said they don't do it.

    Yea I second that! I ordered visiting guides in December not realizing they have different guides depending on the season. You can also email them asking for them.

    I called a contact that Missmo gave me and they said I had to speak to the UK office, they sent me some maps and visitor guides, which are great and arrived the next day. I was kind of hoping they'd have some other Vegas related stuff (I'm sure I remember people a while back mentioning pens, bags etc), and I did ask about that but they didn't respond and just posted the maps and visitor guides. Would love to find out what you ladies get from the US office, might get back in contact with them!

    I emailed the Canadian department for the Las Vegas tourism center and the lady said she would send me some guides and "vegas related trinkets"... I'm expecting it in the next week or two so we'll see what I get!

    I contacted the canadian dept n they sent me guides sun glass cases n nail files with their vegas logo on them!,

    I just got off the phone with them and they will be sending me bags, pens and she gave me the option of mints or keychains, I chose keychains :) along with the visitor guides

    Yay! I spoke with Mary and she is sending some goodies including bags!  She said they do not currently have the show guides but she will mail those at a later date.
