Does anyone know who makes this dress or what the lace piece is called?

I really love this dress, but a Google image search only turns up foreign dress makers who I'm sure are not credible. I have searched all over the internet for something similar, but I don't know what the lace part would be called. I've searched lace bolero with train, looked at tons of accessories and coverups, but nothing is like it. Does anyone know anything else about this gown?

When I did a google image search I got pronovias iman. It looks like maybe it was discontinued, which may be why you can't find it?

From doing a reverse google search on the picture it's Pronovias Iman so that is probably a good place to start!

The bolero/train is likely an orderable extra through someone who carries Pronovias

ETA as PP said, the dress is Iman by Provonias. I would call it an off-the-shoulder, lace jacket with train.
