  Unless one of the greatest Baroque composers is in a lot of the alcohol you see, I think you need to fix an autocorrect error with #2. ;-)

  We're having an open bar and have had a couple of guests tell me they are bringing flasks. I've warned them if they get caught the venue will kick them out but at the end of the day adults are going to do what they want.

  Why do people just think it is ok to tell the bride, oh I will just BYOB to your dry wedding? Side note: 1. Dry because I am not made of money. 2. Some guests can't handle their alcohol. 3. I don't want my cousin to steel my gifts because he is drunk. ( has happened to other family members) 4. Alcohol is not the only way to have enjoy my company Thank you rant over

  To the bold- THAT! EXACTLY THAT! There's a part of me that is bummed that most of my friends from home can't make my wedding but there's a part of me relieved as well because most of them are the type of people that HAVE to have alcohol in order to have fun. I don't understand it, I never will but when I was first got engaged, so many commented telling me that I can't have a dry wedding otherwise my wedding would be lame and boring....wtf??? I understand that's how you guys party and I have a different way of "partying" - I just wish some people respected that.
