  • @lmhollister- Spinach Tortellini Bake sounds noms! Sean is on this "no more pasta" kick that I hope doesn't last long. I want wine.
  • @southernpeach89 Come over! I have wine! I bought a bottle of Cupcake Red Velvet that I haven't opened yet. We need to be on a no pasta kick too...but the frozen pasta in our freezer is only good for so long so we have to eat it up. After that I think we're going to cut back too.

  • @TwoDimes- It turned out great! It's definitely a repeat recipe. I hate messing with bread dough but once I got it to look like I wanted it to, it was fine. It took me forever though.
  • @LivLeighton - I was there last week!  TOTM + not as regular as normal.  it'll pass.  HA.  ;)

    also, if you can't get to the gym, maybe you can do 5 sets of 10 push-ups, to work on your arms and chest and back.  that is a super quick "work-out" that I'll do when I have no time for a longer one.
  • @LivLeighton - I feel you.  I'm hoping TOM (TMI - likely to hit today) is to blame for this week too.  0lbs lost this week.  I was bad on Monday but "bad" is like 2000-2100 calories and the rest of the week I worked out a lot (45 minutes to 2 hours) and netted about 1200-1300 calories with the workouts.  Sigh.  I hate my body sometimes.

    B: Egg whites and cheese (200 calories), coffee with creamer (35 calories)

    L: Black beans and quinoa (380 calories)

    S: Apple and cheese (135 calories)

    D: Amy's microwave meal with added veggies and a little cheese (400 calories), veggie package (100 calories)

    S2: Whatever I burn with exercise so I stay around the 1200-1300 net calorie mark.

    E: Not sure...either dance class (45 minutes) or step/strength class (1.5 hours)
