Flowers in the Attic on Lifetime did not get my stamp of approval because they changed the ending from the original movie. I did like that ending best.

    I couldn't finish the book or watch the first movie because of the creep factor.  This is one I didn't even attempt.

    They changed the ending to the one in the book, was my understanding.  So now, they can have all the sequels!!!!  (I haven't watch it yet, a friend recorded it for me, while we reminisced about My Sweet Audrina, Heaven and Ruby).

    i hated the movie, and never even saw the remake. i really liked the book, even with all the creepy incest. that's, like, a running theme in all the books.

    i was going to give more away, but if you enjoy the series, i suggest reading the books. they are actually the better books out of all the VC Andrews books for vintage trash books. it just gets worse and worse for all of them after they leave the attic.

    Weird trivia fact:  My Sweet Audrina was the only book series by V.C. Andrews (pre or post death) to not contain incest.

    I knew a girl whose name was Heaven Leigh. I never got the pun until now and I also never realized it was from this book. Lol
