Where to buy envelopes??

The envelopes that came with my DIY kit are so thin that the bows are making indents in the envelopes. Any suggestions on places to get reasonably priced A9 or 8.5 x 5.5 envelopes??

  • Any office supply store, such as Office Depot, will have them.

  • If you're going the office depot route you might want to look for 28# weight if they have them. They will be a little thicker than standard envelopes.

I'm not sure how many you need or how the costs will compare but you might want to look at envelopes.com, lcipaper.com, or cardsandpockets.com. With those you have more flexibility in the quantities you're buying.

  • I used paperandmore.com. You can order a sample envelope there too. They were great, I got A9 and 4bar.

  • I used Paper Source (paper-source.com). They're a little pricey, but good quality and pretty colors.
  • I bought my envelopes from envelopemall.com. I was really pleased with the quality and was able to get the same manufacturer and color that I used for the invites I printed through Cards and Pockets (they also sell envelopes).
