Monday Accountability

B: 1 cup cheerios, English muffin, Canadian Bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, orange

L: Salad with deli turkey, Caesar dressing, almonds, 1/2 avocado, cheese, boiled egg

S: String cheese and banana

D: Sloppy Joe Casserole

E: 1 hour of Zumba (I have to bring the dog to the vet at 6:20 tonight and my class is at 8 so I'm hoping that I get back to town in time. If not I'll try again tomorrow :(

  • B: Special K w/ almonds (4) and 1% milk (3), coffee

    L: Not sure. Going out for a coworker's birthday at a tapas restaurant. I'll update later.

    D: Leftover Spinach and Tortellini bake (10)

    E: None, I won't have time to get in cardio at work today. I've got too many meetings plus I'm already taking one lunch break for birthday lunch.



  • I was so frustrated last week because I hadn't seen the scale move AT ALL. Finally this weekend it budged. I'm now down 10.8 lbs! It seem's like it can never come off fast enough...but I'm staying the course and reminding myself that little victories over the long haul really add up!

    B - 2 eggs hard boiled, 1 slice toast, 5 olives

    S - 4 oz greek yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, granola

    L - 4 oz shredded chicken, 1/4 avocado, tomato, 3/4 cup carrots

    S - protein bar, apple

    D - 4 oz ground turkey, 1 yellow pepper, 3/4 cup onion, 1/4 cup brown rice, EVOO

    E - Going for a walk with the hubby if it's not too icy out.

  • B- Green Tea and english muffin with pb

    L- Leftover Chicken Fiesta tacos

    D- Tilapia with Cajun seasoning and parmesan quinoa

    E- CrossFit

  • B:  homemade WW waffle with 1 TBSP cashew butter, 1 small sliced banana, and a little drizzle of honey

    S:  if I'm hungry, maybe an apple or some deli meat with mozzarella or something. 

    L:  leftover chili with some shredded cheese and a few fritos (not nearly enough, we ran out!) and some strawberries.

    S:  celery and 1 TBSP cashew butter

    D:  broiled b/s chicken thighs with oregano and feta or romano, orzo with broccoli for H and a bed of baby arugula and other salad-y veggies for me!

    WO:  Insanity Recovery (almost ready to start Month 2!!)



  • B - Cheerios and an apple
    L - Spinach salad with grilled chicken strips and lite French dressing
    D - Mashed potatoes, noodles, and corn
    S - 100 Cal Skinny Cow icecream sandwich

    E - 30 Day Shred - I'm down 1.8 lbs from last week! :)

  • @allusive007 and @severmilli - Congrats on the losses!

    Like I said on the Monday thread, I'm still in bed so I haven't really thought about my meals for today just yet. I weigh in tomorrow and I'm not expecting good results as I drank Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this weekend I didn't track as well as I should have (I didn't track at all yesterday). I have to meal plan for the week and go food shopping later today so I'll post again after that.

    Today was weigh-in day and I'm down another 1.5 lbs! That's 3 lbs down from the beginning of the month, and basically where I was pre-holidays. I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully drop below 140 sometime in February!!
