Biden's face is hysterical. It almost looks rubber, with the way his eyebrows are winged up. 

Bohener needs to lay off the spray tan or something. I wonder if he had a Ross from "Friends" incident? And I think he has bitchy resting face.  I know he doesn't agree with the prez, but he looks like that a lot.

    I didn't watch.  But dang, that is a dark spray tan.  I can't stop staring at it.  All I can think of is the "I love leatha" moment on Project Runway.

    ETA:  He's practically the color of the chair, if you look too long he starts to fade in *trying not to blink to see Boehner disappear*
