DIY Invites - Printing?

Hi all! I made a pretty simple design for a wedding invitation suites. I have:
Invitation card + inner&outer envelopes 5x7
Response Card + Envelope 4x5
Reception Card 4x5
Accommodations Card 4x5
Directions Card 4x6

I honestly don't know why I have so many inserts, but my mother insists no one knows how to get anywhere so I need a directions card.

Next - where to print them? The heaviest card stock I could find was 110lb white at Michaels craft stores. Should I print them at OfficeMax and have them cut them? Or should I user an online service like Catprint or VistaPrint? My fiance wants them to either be glossy or have like some kind of texture to the font (thermography, engraving, etc.). I want to keep the cost low because I need about 170 of these and a lot of inserts add up quickly. Can you all let me know what you did?

    I used a local print company.  They were able to gang up all of our pieces to print on one sheet, which reduced our cost.  I highly recommend trying a company local to you first for a quote.  
    image 108 invited.
    image 95 will be celebrating with us.
    image 13 will be there in spirit...
    (including the uninvited cousins who
    RSVP-ed and then cancelled after 
    realizing that it wasn't a great time
    to travel to our city....)

    Thank you! I tried MinuteMan press and they do thermography and can have like 5 inserts and card, 150 each for $500... which isn't bad! However they only print on 80lb. Is this normal? it always seems a bit thin for a flat card invite...

    I'm printing my designs too. You can print yours at a print shop which could also specialize wedding invites.

    If you just want flat printing on glossy paper you could try catprint.  I think they are the cheapest option.

    Have you thought of maybe adding a mats to the back. We are doing our own and adding mats to the back really makes them feel thicker. You can get a nice card stock online at Scrapbook.com really cheap if you order a lot and then get them cut to about 1/4" larger than the invite to create what would look like a border.
