Thank You Cards With New Address Change Mention?

I had my bridal shower this past weekend (yay it was awesome!).  On this wonderful snow day I have I was going to start writing out the Thank You cards.  FI and I are moving at next weekend.  Would it be ok if I made mention of the new address in the Thank You card or should I send out moving announcements separately?  I am ordering new return address labels so I was just going to say something like "And our new address is on the envelope" or something like that.

    I love getting separate new address announcements because I am more likely not to lose them.  I might lose an envelope even if you mentioned the address in a TY note.

    If you can afford it, just send "new address" postcards separately.  You'll have to send them anyway for people who didn't attend the shower.  I think they are cute and who doesn't like getting personal mail?

    I would probably just print out little change of address cards to put in the TY notes. I would be fine just taking down the new address from the envelope.

    I think it would be fine to include with the thank you notes.

    I don't see any issues saying:

    'Thank you for such and such. We are going to have so much fun using them to do such and such. I also wanted to let you know our new address: address blah blah blah.'     Cannot wait to see you at the wedding!

    Go to Staples and buy the pre-perforated print-your-own business cards and just print your new address on that. Tuck those in the envelopes with the TY cards, and you're good to go!

    I would tuck the business card with the new address into my address book - I'd probably lose the envelope!
