What did you guys things of Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers? I thought they both did good. Not sure why RHCP were shirtless but at least they weren't wearing socks. Lol. I have to say I was more excited for RHCP than I was Bruno Mars.

The sound balance was terrible for us. The instrumentation was WAY too loud and we could barely hear the voices and melodies.

Also, Bruno Mars was sweating... a lot. Way too much.

The James Brown split was pretty cool.

I really enjoyed it. I'm a Bruno Mars and RHCP fan so it was great! My FI doesn't care for Bruno Mars but was really impressed with the drum solo at the beginning, because FI is a drummer. He actually thought the entire half time show was pretty good.

Honestly I felt that the RHCP didn't add much to the show. I love Bruno Mars and think he is an amazing performer and one of the few that can do everything he does on stage and still sing live. I thought he was great. But I'm not going to lie, being from Jersey, I would have loved to see Bon Jovi LOL.

I think Bruno is insanely talented, but I was actually a bit bored. Maybe it was due to watching it on a hotel TV after taking half of an Ambien. I really do not like RHCP, so I wished it had been all Bruno.

No! No Springsteen. Blach! I can't stand Springsteen. I honestly didn't know who Bruno Mars was until last night. I had heard his songs but not his name. I thought he was good for what he is but his music style isn't my taste.

Springsteen was great when he did halftime a few years ago! Can you imagine if Bon Jovi AND Springsteen performed together? SO MUCH GUITAR!!

I like the show. Bruno did an awesome job. RHCP are always shirtless no surprise there. However, the audio was was down right horrible.

Bon Jovi and/or Springsteen would have been better though.

I was bored. Bruno's way talented and a great performer, but I'm just not into him -- I feel as though all of his stuff sounds the same now (funk-influenced Michael Jackson, anyone?).

I like RCHP, but the song they chose is way-overplayed and the collaboration wasn't well-planned; they seemed like an afterthought, just slotted in to take up some time and add a little rock cred, but not really serving any entertainment purpose.

I LOVED his split lol. I kept raving about it lol. It makes me sad that I can't split like that. sigh.

I also expected for them to have Bon Jovi in the show and was surprised about Bruno. However, I love him and loved their performance. I agree, a lot better than Beyonce.

I was actually really impressed. I like Bruno Mars and love RHCP so I was a happy lady! No complaints here. It was definitely better than a few of the more recent half time shows. My favorite was the year Aerosmith, Nelly, Brittney Spears, N'Sync, and Mary J. Blige performed. Maybe it was because I was a teenager but, I thought that collaboration was awesome!

I LOVED IT! Sorry, I love Bruno Mars and had been excited for the halftime show ever since he was announced. RHCP were okay, I wasn't over- or underwhelmed with them. Loved Bruno though! I was texting with my Dad and he said "Is this guy supposed to be talented?" Dream killer.

I don't like Bruno Mars. I do like RHCP.

But at that performance, I was actually pretty impressed by Bruno Mars, while RHCP kinda weirded me out. More than anything it was weird that they were only up there for like a minute and a half.
