Today is my WI day and I was -1.4 which brings me to a total of -5lbs since getting back on WW 3 weeks ago! WOOT WOOT!

L: Asian Chicken Salad - grilled chicken, carrots, zucchini, squash, cabbage, wasabi peas, cilantro, scallions, mandarin oranges and orange sesame vinaigrette (I'm estimating 9)

Not sure yet, H and I have a Devils event tonight and I'm not sure what time we have to leave and where will grab a bite.
S: Apple (0), mini babybel (1), caramel Quakes (3)
Total: 19/26 -- leaving me with 7 for dinner which is doable.
