Replace or Stay the Same?

One of my bridesmaids recently dropped out of my wedding, which is April 5th of this year. I'm torn if I should keep it as 3 bridesmaids and have one groomsmen walk down alone or if I should ask one of my older best friends if she would be in my wedding. I'm just worried about getting a dress in on time and altered. Help please! I know in the end it's my choice, I just like to hear options...

    Do not replace her. Have one girl walk down with two guys.

    Do not replace her.  The replacement will fee like she was a second choice because that is exactly what she is.  Also, the friend who dropped out will feel that she is easily replaceable.

    Don't replace her.  The new bridesmaid would feel like a B-lister or a stand-in.  The old one would feel hurt too.

    For the reasons sated above by PP, do not replace her.  Uneven sides are fine!  You can even have one girl escorted by 2 guys.  This happened to me once as a BM, I was escorted by both of the groom's brothers.

    Definitely don't replace. Alternatively, you could have the groomsmen all walk out to together with the groom at the front, and the girls could walk down the aisle unescorted.
