Six months until the BIG day...HELP.

My fiancé and I are getting married in six months and I just need any advice anyone has. Mostly regarding venues in Texas around the Houston area. Not necessary in Houston but it can be surrounding areas as Houston venues are pretty pricey. We are both in the military so we're mot rich people and the majority of things are getting paid by us. So if anyone has any tips or guides or help on anything, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! :)

    It helps if you have a guest count in mind, budget, and any preferences for the venue.  A lot of times restaurants can be a good deal, but not if you have a 200+ guest list, you know?  Finding venues in which you can bring in food or alcohol helps too, since it can be cheaper than venue prices for those things, but it also means more work on you and your fiance's behalf.
