How to put shuttle on the RSVP? Enclosure card?

I want to ask the guests if they would utilize a shuttle, how would I word this? We are doing a buffet, so we do not have entree selection on the RSVP card, giving us plenty of room. We are only providing the shuttle from the two hotels we have blocks and I indicated that on the enclosure card. This is what I have so far: (Is this okay?)

    Your hotels require you to know the number of people taking the shuttle? Also, on your RSVP card you don't ask which hotel they're at to determine how many people are shuttling from which hotel. On a side note, I don't like that you just refer people to your website, especially given that you don't even give your website at that point where you refer them to the website. I much prefer when people provide the information and then provided the website. The only exception to this, of course, is mentioning registries.
