We booked our florist today!

I'm so excited about this check... Our florist is amazing and he understands everything we want to do. Have any of you booked your florist? If you have, how much are they charging? And what will you be getting for that money?

I am not using a florist, I am using silk flowers as I am a HUGE fan of everyone being able to breath at the wedding (Myself and several others have massive allergies) I am DIY-ing them, I actually picked up my flowers yesterday, SO excited.  What king of flowers are you using?  With the discounts I got through coupons, and membership rewards, I got my entire wedding party flowers for $35.  Working on them tonight, cant wait to see the finished products :)

    Yay, congrats on the check!

I won't be using a florist per se, instead I've got these gorgeous flowers made from birchwood shavings- got pics of them in my lanning bio. Already have my bouquet and bunch of extra loose flowers that I'll be making into my centerpieces :-)

ETA: My bouquet was $60 including shipping & insurance, my loose flowers totaled approximately $40 including shipping and insurance- the seller I got them from is in the Philippines.

We also booked out florist back in February. These numbers/flowers are not for sure b/c I'm already planning on changing some things, but we were quoted $1100 for ceremony flowers (pomanders and arch decorations), reception centerpieces, bouquets for me, 2 BM and a "toss" bouquet, bouts for 6 guys, corsages for 4 ladies...we were quoted for hydrangeas, orchids, roses, daisies...basically expensive flowers lol.

Yepp! That's my thought, especially because most of the stuff comes in under our budget, so I'm not too concerned with it. I just LOVE all those flowers, and they will look gorgeous, so I'm not too worried about it =)
