    A troll is someone who posts inflammatory messages on the internet (such as this forum) just to provoke people.

    MUD= made up drama I think a troll is someone who messes with people online pretending to be someone they are not.

    Got it, thanks!  Now that I know what a troll is, I cannot believe people have nothing better to do than to come on a forum and make up stories.  I'm lurking on the posts by Shlby and it's hysterical but so ridiculous!!

    Yeah it's good for a quick laugh but gets old fast. She or he or whoever they are makes me think of old Jerry Springer episodes and all the made up talk shows from the 90s.
