It's Thursday!  Not as good as Friday, but we're getting there. 

I went to bed way too late last night and then DefConn was up at 1:15am.  AND DH didn't make coffee this morning.  

Next week is going to be a long one.  DH has something going on every night next week.  ALL of the warehouse managers from around the country are coming into town for their national meeting.  Time for a wine stock up.  ;)

    Sick kids. 'nuff said.  Well and Max is teething. Going to a granite store today. Next up paint and lights.  FIL also has enough doors from another job to replace our cheap hollow doors with something nicer for FREE.  I also think I might get him a hotel room with a pool so I can go there while they work.

    On my way home from running errands yesterday, I saw that the new shopping center has their DSW sign up on the building!  It's getting closer.  We're also getting a new Pier One (changing locations), a new Lane Bryant (changing locations from the mall), a Banana Republic and a Carter's.  It's about time we got some new places.  We don't have a DSW, BR or Carter's right now (closest Carter's is an hour away).

    Today is mine and DH's 7 year engage-aversary.  I got him a cheesy "what I love about you" journal that you fill out and I'll be damned if I haven't teared up every time I've written in it.  Gah.

    I'm ready for the end of this week.  Movie night last night was a hit, which was great, b/c it's easy and cheap to do.  

    IT'S GETTING WARM!!!!!!!!!! this weekend.  We're going for a bike ride on Saturday.  I'm hoping we can do 15 miles; I'm worried about my bike seat being not comfortable at all. I wish I could convince myself to ride during the winter so I didn't loose it, but winter riding is way worse than a sore butt in the summer.  Also, I hope every single little snowflake melts, so I don't have to see any more snow for awhile.

    GBCK, it could be snow in your wheel wells.  I had that bad shaking a few weeks ago and it freaked me out.  When I stopped and got out, I kicked all the snow out of my wheel wells and the shaking stopped.

    I thought that last night so I attacked them all w/ a broom handle...I think I got all the gunk out.

    But if it would get warm enough to melt the emmer effing snow, I could know.

    Ugh.  Boo.  Mine have iced over a couple times. It's so annoying.  

    Are you guys supposed to warm up next week up there?  We're supposed to be in the 60's by next Friday.  Which, YAY, but I'm afraid someone in my house is going to get sick with a cold or sinus crap because of the swing in weather.

    we're up to 17 degrees today...which is better than yesterday.
    Up into the 40's next week, so nothing major.
    But even these little swings are havoc for the head--both the Mr. and I have it as a mgraine trigger

    Happy Friday Eve (makes me feel like it's closer)!!!!

    Tonight I'd love to lift, then clean out my car.  H has Tomorrow and Saturday off so I'm excited to see his handsome face. 

    Last night I had a cart full of stuff at Sephora...and Urban Decay but then decided.  NO YOU DON'T NEED ANYMORE STUFF.  PERIOD.  THE END.  DONE. FINAL.

    And now I want to shop again.  *must.not.shop*

    I went to Sephora yesterday because I had a GC.  I was so good.  I just bought the Lorac blush/bronzer duo, which I actually needed (in the sense that someone needs make-up).  Even though I'm not going anywhere, I may be trying it out today after my lunchtime workout.  :)

    Conn-they have that deal with 3x the points for a fragrance so my dumbass justifies that is a good thing.  WHAT?  I have literally 30+ fragrances, all waiting for me, and I need more?  Like a farking hole in the head.

    And then UD is having 20% FF sale, so that is a good idea too, no?  NO

    Ha.  I have half a bottle of CK Euphoria and I bought H cologne for Christmas, so I'm not even tempted.  Also, all of our bathroom stuff is in a tub outside the bathroom door because we took down our shelving unit in anticipation of purchasing a bathroom cabinet...that I haven't ordered yet.  :)

    I have a serious issue with body soap too, bar soap that I love, smaller companies...Goat Milk Soap, Fortune Cookie Soap, Lush (larger), I have probably 3-4 big bars of soap, and a full large Philosophy soap that I need to use.  It's pretty gross.

    And then the makeup??  I need some sort of rehab.  Or just another self-imposed buy ban for the year.  Or months at a time...I told myself I could wait until July for another purchase of anything because it'll be a totally new time of year so if I really wanted something I could wait.

    O-Face, remember Sephora has their spring sale in April. I spent $150 there yesterday, but a bunch of it was replacing item I've used it up. I did get that perfume and I really do like it. DH told me yesterday to go shopping, so I did.

    I am tired. DS came in bed with me last night and he is a weird sleeper. I ended up barely on the bed and in pain due to being contorted. DD slept great but after I got up with her I slept through my alarm, and had to rush around. Thankfully, DH was able to take them to daycare.

    I'm only a Beauty Insider because I've been so good the last year about money.  What's causing my "need" to shop?  Watching those YT videos again, I love those ladies, but it just increases my tendency to CONSUME.

    Today was an interesting morning. Something un programmed the time from the thermostat or deleted the run schedule I set....and it was 62 I the house when I got up.

    Couple that with a late night last night..and I wasn't too up on getting out of bed.

    Yes. I love learning new things, but seriously I end up thinking I need 5 new brushes, 3 eye shadows, and I better try out a new blush or some product for contouring. Right now I'm dying for one of the Hourglass Ambient lighting Blushes, but the reviews I've read are mixed so I'm holding off. And that I don't really need one.

    I better not have thrown 400 American dollars at a fridge that was really dying and in its last legs. Food in the freezer is defrosting again, we made it a week and a half. The repair guy will be here again between 12 and 1.
    Tonight we are meeting with our agent to talk about our life insurance, such a grown up exciting day.

    Found out I didn't get one of the jobs I wanted. Still have more interviews but haven't had time to study for them. Ah! I'm overwhelmed.
