Anyone know of a lunch place that can hold 100 people and food price is $25/person or less. And near the flamingo....

Try Buca de Beppo on Flamingo, off the Strip. My guess is it's bigger than the one at Excalibur. Also, Bahama Breeze on Flamingo & Paradise. That should be big enough and in your budget. Good luck!
