So a good friend of mine got engaged last week; both sides are Indian. A bunch of us get a facebook message today that hey, wedding will be small and family only, but you will be invited to the reception following so consider this a save the date. Oh yeah, it will be in three months, most likely, we don't know the exact date yet or have a venue, but it will be somewhere in new york city (we're all in FL), so let us know if you can make it. wtf lol. This is not the first time an Indian friend of mine has gone from engaged to married in the span of a few months; I thought it was a one time thing but perhaps not.
