Ok, I can't take it anymore.  This girl I'm friends with on Facebook keeps posting the worst wedding etiquette on her Facebook Page.

The first thing she did was post that she was working on invites and how there is the part of the guest list that she will feed at the reception and then there is part of the list that will come after....WHAT. She posted this on FACEBOOK. Gag.

Second thing she posted was this morning... "If I asked for your address, you better be sending it to me! #partyofyourlife" Let's rub it in people's faces who aren't invited, that they are missing "the party of their life"

Every single post is about their wedding, finding the dress, making decorations, etc. 

I can't take it anymore and needed somewhere to vent!! So thanks for listening :)

    You can always hide her posts for now if you are tired of seeing them.

    I have a FB friend that does the same shit. She posted all about her engagement party and now all about her wedding. She even tags all members of her wedding party when she posts.
    I was going to hide her updates. But that shit is just too entertaining.

    I'd agree w everyone and hide her FB stuff but I'd rather grab the popcorn and some wine and enjoy the shitshow! Has anyone commented on said offensive posts btw? I'd soooo be tempted to post something snark filled

    I would be so curious to know how her postings affect her attendance at her wedding.  I am guessing her actions are turning off a lot of her guests.  When is her speshul day?

    I'm wondering that myself! I'd also be wondering if I were a guest where I ranked on the tier for hospitality? Am I good enough for the ceremony and the whole shebang or do I just get cake and dancing? Bitch better give me some cake at least!

    She just announced on Facebook last night that she has her 365 save the dates done. How many people does she know?! 365 is a ton!

She PM me asking why I don't post more wedding stuff(I announced our engagement and than on the one year to the wedding posted something about hoping my grandparents magic to a long marriage would be passed to FH and I). I said that I have friends who are on my FB page who won't be invited and it doesn't feel right talking all about my wedding when they won't be invited. I only uploaded 2 engagement photos, one profile pic and one cover pic.

    But I'm assuming a lot of those 350 people are couples, so they get one STDate and invite. We invited 152 people but only mailed out 76 invitations, because every COUPLE got one, not every PERSON.

    Double 365 STDates, assuming those people are couples, means her guest list is at 730 people. That's insane.

    Ours is split almost 50-50 for couples/families to single guests. So we will probably end up mailing almost 200 STDs and invites.

    If you don't really like her, you can make comments on all the statuses until she deletes you.  Like, I'll PM you my address RIGHT NOW! SOOO EXCITED BESTPARTYEVAH#.   


    A girl I am friendly with did this through her wedding. She's sweet as pie but totally didn't realize how inconsiderate she was being. At one point, some said they didn't get their invite to one of these statuses and she publicly commented to each one. I.e. "John, I sent yours to your mom, ask her!" (a 38 year old man who is married and not living with his parents).  "Les, sorry, we could only invite very close friends and family with our budget"

    Well, I'm sure by the time all the families go home there will be room for her 300 'party' friends. Can't have the venue looking empty, it's the party of the year, remember?
